Quicken 98
How do I remove transactions from the Financial Calendar list?
There are two ways to remove transactions from the Financial Calendar list.
You can limit the list so that it displays memorised transactions from
only certain accounts.
You exclude individual memorised transactions so that Quicken
never displays them in the list.
To limit the list to memorised transactions from certain accounts:
-
From the Activities menu, choose Financial Calendar.
-
Select Options on the Financial Calendar button bar.
-
In the Select Accounts to Include list, select any currently marked account names that contain transactions
you want excluded from the Financial Calendar Transaction list.
-
Press OK.
To exclude individual transactions from the list:
-
If the Financial Calendar is displayed, select Manage List. If it is not displayed,
choose Memorised Transaction from the Lists menu.
-
Look for transactions in the Memorised Transaction list marked with a calendar graphic.
These are the transactions that appear in the Financial Calendar list.
-
Click on the Cal column of a calendar transaction. You can also select it,
then click on the Calendar button at the bottom of the window.
Quicken removes the calendar graphic and the transaction from the Financial Calendar list.
