Make sure you are using the correct printer driver. Once you're determined
that you have installed the correct driver for your colour printer, check the
following:
For reports:
With the report on your screen, click the Print button on the report button bar.
Select the Print in Colour option and click OK.
For graphs:
With the graph on your screen, click the Options button on the graph button
bar. Check to see that the Option to Use Patterns instead of Colours is NOT
selected. If the graph displays in colour, it should print in colour.
If none of the above solutions fix the problem, you may have a printer which
has the capability of overriding colour printing. If your printer has this
property:
From Win95:
- Click the Start button, choose Settings and then choose Printers.
- Double-click your printer.
- From the Printer menu, choose Properties.
- Check to see whether your printer has a non-colour option, and make
sure that it is not selected.
From Win 3.1:
- From the Control Panel in Program Manager, choose Printers.
- Select your printer in the drop-down list.
- Clear any options to de-activate colour printing.
