Why isn't Quicken reminding me of Important Tax Dates when I've set the Alerts option?

Reminders must be refreshed before Alerts changes will take effect. Refresh by closing the Reminders screen within Quicken and then reopening. Even if you close and reopen Quicken, Reminders still needs to be refreshed for changes to take effect.
