How do I put transactions on the Financial Calendar list?

The Financial Calendar Transaction list is comprised of memorised transactions. To put a memorised transaction in the Financial Calendar Transaction list:

  1. If the Financial Calendar is displayed, select Manage List. If it is not displayed, choose Memorised Transaction from the Lists menu.
  2. Select a transaction in the Memorised Transaction list.
  3. Click on the Calendar button at the bottom of the window. A calendar graphic appears next to the selected transaction, indicating that it is to be displayed on the Financial Calendar Transaction list.

Quicken can also automatically place newly memorised transactions on this list. To set up Quicken to do this:

  1. From the Edit menu, point to Options, and then click Register.
  2. Click the QuickFill tab.
  3. Select the Auto Memorise to the Calendar List.
  4. Click OK.
