Session error 2030: Unknown error.
How do I resolve the error "Session error 2030: unknown error" when attempting to go online in Quicken?
There are a number of system issues that may prompt this error. Follow this workaround to connect for online services:
- Point to Internet Connection on Quicken's Online menu, and choose Setup. This opens the Internet Connection Setup window.
- In the first Internet Connection Setup window, choose 'I have an existing dial-up Internet connection setup', and click Next.
- When prompted to select a dial-up connection, choose Other, and then complete the rest of the Internet Connection Setup in Quicken.
- Minimize or close Quicken.
- Connect to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) directly.
- Open Quicken, and you will now be able to access online features.
