Resolving the can't connect message.

How do I resolve the message "Can't connect. Please try later." when trying to make an online connection?

The Intuit server is either busy or undergoing maintenance. System maintenance or high volume can make any online service temporarily unavailable. If you've been able to make the online connection in the past, wait a few minutes and try again. If the server doesn't respond over the period of a few hours, refer to the Online Troubleshooting Guide.

Another possibity may be the use of fax software; there could be a software driver conflict. Close any fax software program that may be running in the background, and try connecting again. If this does not resolve the issue, refer to the Online Troubleshooting Guide.
