Quicken 2002, XG, 2004Back

Why isn’t all of the information in the report customization window displayed?

Possible Cause: This situation can occur when your Control Panel settings are at 640 by 480 pixels.

To adjust your computer settings:

  • Exit Quicken.
  • From the Microsoft Windows taskbar, click the Start button, choose Settings, and then choose Control Panel.
  • Double-click Display.
  • Click the Settings tab, and then in the Screen area section, adjust the setting with the arrow toward More.
    Note: This will affect how all programs are displayed on your computer.
  • Click Advanced, and then in the Display section, choose Small Fonts from the Font Size drop-down list.
  • Click OK, and then click OK within the Display Properties window.
  • Restart your computer, and then start Quicken.

Note: If you do not want to change your computer settings, you can use the keyboard arrows to navigate date fields and use the drop-down lists in text boxes.
