Why is the text clipped near the edges of reports and lists?
Possible Cause: Most printers cannot print to the edge of the paper. If your reports, lists, or graphs are clipped near the margins, your settings may need to be adjusted.
Solution
Most printers require margin settings of at least 0.25 inches, while some require margins of at least 0.50 inches. Depending on the model, HP DeskJet printers can require from 0.59 to 0.67 inches for the bottom margin.
To adjust your margins:
- From the Quicken File menu, choose Printer Setup, and then choose For Reports/Graphs.
- In the Margins section, make the necessary adjustments to the margin fields.
- Click OK, and then attempt to print again.
Note: If you are printing in Landscape Orientation, the Bottom margin becomes the Right margin.
