Possible Cause: This situation is directly related to the settings within the Cheque Printer Setup window.

To adjust these settings:

• From the Quicken File menu, choose Printer Setup, and then choose For Printing Cheques.
• Within the Printer section, select the Continuous option button.
• Within the Continuous Options section, select the checkbox for Bypass the driver, and then click OK.
• In the Check Printer Setup window, click OK.
